An integrated end-to-end process reduces unnecessary middle steps while improving overall speed and transparency.
China Receiving Arrangement
Customers can order directly from different e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD, or suppliers, then ship items to the matching warehouse based on product type.
Each customer receives a dedicated Customer ID and receiving address (customer name + Customer ID + warehouse address), so the warehouse can identify and process items accurately. A dedicated customer service contact will also follow up on orders and answer related questions.
Small Items
Air shipping or fast sea shipping is recommended to balance speed and cost.
Suitable for small and lightweight items (generally single item <5kg), such as beauty and personal care products, phone cases, iPad accessories, earphones, Bluetooth speakers, clothing, home goods, kitchen accessories, dry food items (such as cup noodles, snacks, Chinese dried goods, seasonings), and various car accessories (such as wipers, interior lights, floor mats, car chargers, cleaning products).
Large or Heavy Items
For single items generally over 5kg, regular sea shipping is suitable to reduce overall shipping cost.
Suitable for bulky or heavier items such as wheel covers, massage chairs, sofas and furniture, fitness equipment, camping gear (such as tents), car refrigerators, electric projector screens, and car wrap film.
Item Confirmation and Repacking
After items arrive at the warehouse, our team identifies and checks them based on order information, then performs a basic visual inspection for obvious damage or abnormalities.
We then reorganize items based on product characteristics, including removing unnecessary original packaging, repacking and reinforcing with suitable materials such as bubble wrap, compressing volume, and consolidating items where appropriate. While maintaining enough protection, we reduce volume as much as possible to lower shipping cost and reduce damage risk during transit.
International Shipping and Local Delivery
Customers can first discuss actual needs with our dedicated support team, such as delivery time, budget, and product type. We will provide professional suggestions and help choose the most suitable shipping option.
First, it is important to understand that international shipping is charged based on the higher of Volumetric Weight and Actual Weight.
The full process covers receiving, sorting, compression, consolidation, and final boxed shipment.
While ensuring enough protection, we compress package volume as much as possible to effectively lower overall shipping cost.
Based on past operational experience, professional packing and consolidation can generally help customers save around 30% on shipping costs.
EXAMPLE
Box size after packing: 60 cm × 50 cm × 35 cm
Actual Weight: 17 kg
Volumetric Weight: 60 × 50 × 35 ÷ 6000 = 17.5kg. This box will be charged as 18kg.
→ In this case, because the actual weight is 17 kg and lower than the volumetric weight of 18kg, shipping will be calculated based on 18 kg.
