Note: CAD $4.99 / kg is for mixed-category sea shipping, suitable for different types of general items shipped together. CAD $3.79 / kg is for concentrated-category sea shipping, suitable for shipping the same type of items together.

Shipping the same type of items together (such as furniture, auto parts, tires, home goods, etc.) can significantly reduce declaration cost and overall shipping cost. If friends are shipping similar items together, consolidated shipment can be even more cost-effective. Contact our dedicated support anytime for details.

Shipping Payment

After items are sorted and packed, we will provide the final quote and photos of the packed dimensions. Once the customer confirms, we will provide a payment link. Customers can pay safely by credit card through PayPal. If you need another payment method, contact us.

Compensation & Protection

If a parcel is lost during our handling or shipping process, compensation will be based on the declared value.

Item value will be based on order records, including platform order screenshots or system data, as the calculation basis for compensation.

All parcels include tracking numbers. If tracking shows successful delivery, delivery is considered complete.
