Orders & Process

1. I don’t know how to buy or ship. Can you help?

Yes. Our dedicated support team will guide you step by step and follow up throughout the process.

2. Can I combine multiple orders and ship them together?

Yes. Items from multiple platforms can be consolidated and shipped together to help you save on shipping.

3. When will shipping cost be confirmed and how do I pay?

After sorting and packing are completed, we will provide the final shipping cost.

Each box will include clear photos, dimensions, and weight. After confirmation, you can pay by credit card and we will arrange shipment.

4. Is there a minimum weight requirement? Can I ship if I don’t meet it?

There is a minimum weight threshold. Once reached, the standard shipping rates shown on the website apply.

If the weight is below the minimum, we can still help. However, shipping may be slightly higher than the standard rate and may require pickup at a partner pickup point.

Our dedicated support team will review your situation and suggest options such as combining orders or choosing the most cost-effective shipping method.

5. Should I choose air, fast sea, or regular sea shipping? Can one order use mixed shipping methods?

You can choose based on speed and budget. If you are unsure, we will recommend based on product type and weight. For mixed shipping: if you already know different items should use different shipping methods, submit separate orders (for example fast sea / regular sea). If you are not sure yet, select “Not sure” and our dedicated support will contact you to follow up.

6. Are delivery times accurate?

Most shipments arrive within the reference timeframe. If there are delays, such as holidays, we will notify you in advance.

Packing & Protection

7. Will you repack my items? Will it affect protection?

Yes. We remove unnecessary packaging, reinforce the parcel, and compress the volume.

On average, this helps customers save around 30% on shipping while maintaining protection.

8. What if items are damaged during shipping?

This is very rare because we provide secondary protective packaging.

If there is any issue, contact customer service immediately and we will assist with follow-up.

9. What if items are missing or a parcel is lost?

We receive and repack according to order records, and check the contents before shipment. Missing items generally do not occur.

All item values will be based on order records, including platform order screenshots or system data, as the declared value basis. Unless otherwise stated, the system-recorded product price will be used as the compensation calculation basis.

If loss is confirmed during our handling or shipping process, compensation will be based on the declared value, up to CAD $100 | USD $70 | GBP £55 | AUD $100 per box.

Fees & Restrictions

10. What payment methods do you accept? Are there hidden fees?

We will issue a PayPal invoice after the goods are packed. For Canadian customers, invoices are calculated in CAD for convenience. You can safely pay through PayPal using a local credit card or debit card.

If you prefer RMB or HKD, we also accept WeChat Pay and FPS.

No. All fees are clear and transparent. There are no hidden charges.

11. Are duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

Yes. Shipping includes customs clearance, duties, and related taxes.

We will handle declaration. After customs clearance is completed, our local delivery partner will complete final delivery.

The full process is included, with no hidden extra fees.

12. Can you ship liquids, food, or products with batteries?

Yes. We will arrange based on the shipping method to help most items arrive smoothly.
