How to Use EdgeFlowHub

Step 1: Upload Product Links

Go to “My Taobao” → “My Orders” → “All”, open the product page
Tap the share arrow at the top right and choose “Copy Link”

Paste the product link into the EdgeFlowHub order form. One URL per item.

Step 2: Upload Product Screenshots

Go to “My Taobao” → “My Orders” → “All”, open the order
Take a screenshot of the product information (see example)

After taking the screenshot, upload it in this position (see image below)

Special case
If the screenshot does not show complete details, tap the down arrow to expand and view more
When taking the screenshot, make sure the purchased item description is clearly shown in full (see image below)

Step 3: Notes and Submit

If you have any notes, enter them here
After completing the information, remember to tap “Submit” to complete the order
Each form supports up to 25 items. Please make sure the information is accurate. If you have more items, submit a new separate form.
