Step 1: Taobao Registration and Account Settings (Shipping Address, Language, and Currency)

Download the Taobao app, register with your phone number or email, and enter the verification code to complete registration (overseas phone numbers are supported).

Tap “My Taobao” at the bottom right, then tap settings at the top right. Add a shipping address, set region, language, and currency, then confirm.

Step 2: View and Fill in the Shipping Address

After logging in to edgeflowhub.com, you can view our warehouse address and your Customer ID.

In your Taobao account settings, enter the receiving information: company name + your name + Customer ID (example: EdgeFlowHub Flora Chan 2101). Set it as the default address and choose “Company” as the label.

Step 3: Shop and Pay

Search by keyword or upload an image (the fastest way to find the same item as Amazon). Choose products with high sales volume, as quality and reviews are usually better. After choosing, tap “Add to Cart”.

Then choose a payment method (Apple Pay or credit card) to complete payment. Overseas credit cards are supported.
